Most runners find that training with other people is more fun, more sociable and more productive than training alone, which is why our club members meet for training 3 times each week. Attendance is on a drop-in basis so there's no need to announce your participation in advance and you can take part in as many (or as few) training sessions as you'd like, all included in the cost of your annual membership.
